Applications

Every power event
has a job to do.

The right storage approach depends on the load, the disturbance and the required recovery. Selected industrial loads are our next system-development focus.

01 / Industrial continuity

Ride through
the disturbance.

A process may be sensitive to a short voltage dip even when the wider site still has power. We begin by identifying the equipment’s vulnerability and the load that must remain within its operating limits.

Development scopes can include selected controls, industrial electronics and suitable equipment power interfaces. The complete machine behaviour determines what protection is useful: supporting a control bus alone will not keep every process operating.

The starting point is a defined requirement and agreed test criteria. Industrial systems are in development.

02 / Transfers & shutdown

Support the
time in between.

Bridge a source transition

Where a generator or another supply takes time to become usable, storage may support the selected load during the transition. The design must account for source stability, acceptable interruption, delivered energy and available recharge power.

Complete a controlled shutdown

Some equipment needs time to preserve data, maintain an essential function or complete its stopping sequence. This requirement can differ from keeping the entire process operating.

Generator starting and control remain external to the proposed power-buffer scope. The power interface, protection and recovery behaviour require validation together.

03 / Compact electronics

Complete the
critical task.

Cell prototyping and application evaluation are available by discussion.

Finish the transmission

An outage notification or final communication can need more instantaneous power than the normal supply can provide. A storage element can be developed around that event.

Support a repeated pulse

Connected devices and access systems may combine a low average demand with brief higher-current loads. We evaluate the cell alongside the electronics, operating voltage and duty cycle.

Work within the available space

Pouch-cell development lets the physical format be considered with the electrical requirement. Dimensions, packaging and performance are assessed together.

to explore.

Evaluation opportunity

Machinery & recovery

Repeated demand peaks and recoverable braking or lowering energy. The opportunity depends on the machine duty and conversion interface.

Evaluation opportunity

Charging infrastructure

Storage around concentrated charging demand, the available supply and the recovery time between charging events.

Evaluation opportunity

Grid & renewables

Short power fluctuations and controlled energy exchange around generation and demand, with application-specific controls and validation.
